Program
Reposition
Stop competing. Start being the only one.
When this is the right call
The business is fine and the brand is in the wrong place. Winning the wrong customers, losing on price, or sitting in a category conversation that flatters a competitor.
What we do
Diagnose whether the job is building a perception or displacing one, because those need different weapons. An entrenched belief cannot be corrected out of a market, only replaced with a stickier one. Then shift the turf so the value reads new instead of shouting the worn-out word louder.
What you get
A positioning move with the reasoning attached, revised brand language, identity work where the current one contradicts the new position, and a rollout plan for the touchpoints that carry the old perception.
Where we stop
If the real problem is the product, we say so and stop. A reposition cannot fix something the market is right about.
